We Bowas-Induplan Chemie Ges.m.b.H. are an innovative, international plant engineering company based in Salzburg, which specializes in the design, planning and construction of chemical production plants, from their modernization to turnkey and new constructions. Our service portfolio ranges from concept studies, project management, planning and construction to commissioning and the corresponding personnel training. Since the beginning of our existence, we have been able to handle more than 250 projects in more than 35 countries and have an excellent reputation as a technology carrier in our industry worldwide.

Because we care deeply about the protection of your information, we, as the responsible body, take all necessary legal measures to protect your personal information.

Regardless of whether you are a business partner, an interested party in our company or simply a visitor to our website, the protection of your privacy is very important to us.

3. How long do we save your data?

We do not store your data longer than we need for the respective processing purposes.

If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, these are regularly deleted, unless their temporary storage is still necessary. Reasons for this may e.g. be the following:

• Fulfillment of commercial and tax-related retention requirements: In particular, the General Civil Code, the Company Code, the Federal Tax Code and the relevant tax laws must be mentioned. The deadlines for storage or documentation given there are sometimes up to thirty years.
